At AAG Health & Wellness we do not have a “one size fits all” approach to programs. All of our programs are designed based on a patient’s specific needs and they are formulated based on lab work, physical exam, and symptoms. Therefore we can only give exact pricing after you have been seen and evaluated by the physician. We will be happy to give you a reasonable estimate and a range of pricing based on the services considered.

Lab Testing
The first step of any program is to get a full panel of lab work before seeing the physician. We offer three types of lab panels depending on your needs and goals. The basic panel includes the minimum amounts of lab panels the physician requires to be able to provide quality services. The basic panel includes nine lab tests:

• Free T3
• CBC
• CMP
• Lipid Panel
• PSA (men only)
• Testosterone Free and Total
• IGF-1
• Estrodiol
• Thyroid Panel
• LH

The price of the Basic Lab Panel is $395.

If you have a recent lab test that includes all of these panels then you can forward the lab test results to us for review and you will not need to get lab testing. If it is inconvenient for you to go to a lab we can arrange for a phlebotomist to come to your house or office for an additional fee.

Our highest level lab test is our Executive Lab Panel. This panel covers every lab test the physician would like to see. This is for the patient who takes a very progressive hands-on approach to their health care. Included in this test is NMR LipoProfile, a specialized laboratory test performed on a blood sample that provides a detailed analysis of your blood lipids. It also checks for: adrenal fatigue, advanced blood sugar and cardiovascular health markers. This panel includes everything in the Basic along with the following:

• Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy
• NMR LipoProfile
• Prolactin
• SHBG
• FSH
• C-Reactive Protein
• Cortisol
• Ferritin serum
• Homocystine Plasma
• DHEA
• Hemoglobin A1C

24 Hour Urinary Growth Hormone Test
AAG Health is now offering the 24 hour urinary Growth Hormone test which is the most accurate way to measure your Human Growth Hormone levels. HGH testing is ideally suited for measurement in urine, as the “time-average” affect of urine collection integrates spikes that occur with this hormone throughout the day. It also provides the convenience of a non-invasive, at-home collection. This test is the ideal compliment to the standard IGF-1 which is the in-direct marker for HGH.

Physician Fees
After we have received your lab tests you will need to see one of our physicians for the AAG Health Hormone Evaluation (physical exam and consultation). We prefer that you fly to our flagship location in South Florida to see our medical director and to receive addition diagnostic testing and services.

In some cases, we offer a travel reimbursement for any patient who flies in or drives more than 100 miles. However, if you cannot come to South Florida, we can arrange for you to see one of our affiliate physicians for your Evaluation. The physician fees depend on which physician you are seeing, but generally will range between $250 and $500.

When you come in to visit AAG Health Aventura we offer two types of Evaluations. The Basic and the Executive.

The Basic Evaluation offers:

• Body Composition screening using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), which uses the resistance of electrical flow through the body to estimate body fat.
• Physical Exam
• Lifestyle consultation with Physician

The fee for the above is $300. Upon completion of the AAG Health Basic Evaluation you will be able to determine which hormone therapy program is right for you, your needs and your goals. However, for a more detailed and complete assessment we recommend the Executive Evaluation.

The Executive Evaluation offers:

• Body composition measurement with Dual X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA) using GE Lunar Prodigy Pro. Total body scans using DXA give accurate and precise measurements of body composition, lean tissue mass, fat tissue mass, and %fat results. Color image body fat mapping is included in the report.
• Body Composition screening using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), which uses the resistance of electrical flow through the body to estimate body fat.
• Bone Mineral Density (BMD) including bone mineral content (BMC) calculation using GE Luanr Prodigy Pro full body scan.
• 12-lead Electrocardiogram (EKG)
• Physical Exam
• Lifestyle consultation

The fee for the above is $500. The AAG Health Executive Evaluation provides the best framework for the head-to-toe diagnostic assessment, and subsequent design of your treatment regimen. The “AAG” Difference
Once you qualify for a program after detailed lab work and the physical exam, the price of the program depends on the medications required and the dosages prescribed. Our pricing includes all medications, the initial follow up lab work, all follow up consultations, and all follow up exams. Other companies may quote a lower price for medication, but then they make it up by charging you more for follow up lab work, or additional “doctor fees”. Therefore when you get a price from us you are confident that there are no hidden charges, “fees”, lab charges, or other hidden costs.

Testosterone Therapy
If you are diagnosed with andropause (testosterone deficiency) then the physician may recommend a testosterone program. Our testosterone program includes hormones, all auxiliary medications such as estrogen blockers and HCG, one follow up lab test to ensure the dosage is correct, follow up consultations and physical exams. The monthly investment for a testosterone program will range between $250 and $400. This range is based on a standard 5 month therapy plan including all patient support and customer care.

Human Growth Hormone Therapy
Human Growth Hormone is only prescribed if lab work and the physical exam indicates a growth hormone deficiency. The price of HGH depends on the brand and the dosage. Our growth hormone programs include follow up lab work, follow up consultations and physical exams. The monthly investment for a growth hormone therapy program begins at $500. This cost is based on a standard 5 month therapy plan including all patient support and customer care.
