At AAG Health & Wellness we offer individualized hormone treatment programs, we do not have a “one size fits all” approach to hormone therapy. All of our programs are designed based on a patient’s specific needs and they are formulated based on lab work, physical exam, medical history and symptoms. Therefore, we can only provide a range of pricing based on your prospective hormone therapy options. Exact therapy pricing can only be determined after you have been seen and evaluated by the physician. Testosterone, HGH, HCG and other hormone therapy programs are carefully tailored to you and the cost of each hormone treatment will be determined accordingly. Stem cell therapy and platelet rich plasma injections require examination of your injury prior to formulating a stem cell or PRP rejuvenative treatment plan.

Lab Testing

The first step in any hormone replacement program is to get a full panel of lab work before seeing the physician.  We offer two types of lab panels for assessing hormonal deficiencies depending on your needs and goals.

The Comprehensive Lab Panel

The Comprehensive Lab Panel includes the minimum amount of lab panels the physician requires to be able to provide a quality diagnosis and hormone replacement services. The Comprehensive blood-testing panel includes the following lab tests:

* If you have a recent lab test that includes all of these panels then you can forward the lab test results to us for review and you will not need to get lab testing. If it is inconvenient for you to go to a lab we can arrange for a phlebotomist to come to your house or office for an additional fee.

The Executive Lab Panel

Our highest level lab test is our Executive Lab Panel. This comprehensive blood-testing panel covers every lab test the physician would like to see when evaluating you for a hormone replacement therapy program. The Executive Lab panel assesses your complete current health status and goes beyond screening for just a hormone deficiency. This is for the patient who takes a very progressive 'hands-on' approach to their health care. Included in this comprehensive panel of tests is the NMR LipoProfile, a specialized laboratory test performed on a blood sample that provides a detailed analysis of your blood lipids. It also checks for: adrenal fatigue, advanced blood sugar and cardiovascular health markers. The Executive blood-testing lab panels include everything in the Comprehensive blood-testing panels along with the following:

Physician Exam & Consulation Fees

After we have received your lab tests you will need to see one of our medical physicians for the comprehensive AAG Medical Health Evaluation (physical exam and consultation) to assess your current health and hormone levels. We prefer that you fly to our flagship clinic location in South Florida to see our medical director and to receive addition diagnostic hormone testing and services.

In some cases, we offer a travel reimbursement for any patient who flies in or drives more than 150 miles. However, if you cannot come to South Florida, we can arrange for you to see one of our affiliate physicians for your Evaluation. The physician fees depend on which physician you are seeing, but generally the doctor's fee will range between $500 and $1,000.

Upon completion of the AAG Health Comprehensive Medical Health Evaluation you will be able to determine which hormone therapy program is right for you, your needs and your goals. The AAG Health Executive Medical Health Evaluation is designed to give you the entire picture of what’s happening inside your body. By screening you thoroughly, establishing your hormonal and metabolic baseline, the Executive Medical Health Evaluation will provide you and the AAG Health physician with vital information about you and your body’s unique needs. A series of complete diagnostic tests including Biomarkers of Aging, followed by a series of comprehensive medical consultations with the AAG Health Physician, Certified Sport Nutritionist (when available) and Certified Personal Trainer (when available) allows us to set the foundation for you to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Korr MetaCheck/Fitness Maker (30 minutes) – Measures your oxygen flow to resting metabolic rate. Metabolic Rate is a measure of how much food is converted to energy in a day. Knowing metabolic rate assists in developing a proper nutritional strategy.  Using the results of the Metacheck, Fitness Maker software will develop an individualized 14-day diet and meal plan to help you achieve your weight management goals. Telomere Length Measurement (10 minutes) – Measures the length of your telomeres to indicate cell longevity. Telomere blood test can only be performed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Results are available in three weeks. Price: $750

Immune Function Test (10 minutes) – Advanced blood test used to measure the health of your immune system. Tests can only be performed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Results are available in three weeks. Price: $600

ALCAT Food Allergy Test (10 minutes) – Measures food intolerance and allergies for 200 foods and 20 food additives and colorings. ALCAT blood test can only be performed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Results are available in two weeks Price: $825
