Medical Advisory Board
As an extension of our commitment to quality health care, scientific integrity and patient education, AAG Health has established a Medical Advisory Board comprising of leading medical experts in the field of anti-aging, age management, preventative and regenerative medicine.
Our Medical Advisory Board members are selected as highly respected experts who provide both depth and range of experience in their specialties. AAG Health’s advisory board members have the responsibility to establish standards of hormone treatment programs, therapy plans and protocols.
Our advisory board member physicians play an integral role in patient support and care, and help educate and train AAG Health affiliate doctors on the principles of our treatment plans.

Victor Shabanah MD is Senior Medical Director of AAG Health and is based at the AAG Health Center, Aventura, Florida. He is a recognized leader in age management and anti-aging cosmetic procedures, focusing on age management medicine.
He has received extensive training in various anti-aging and rejuvenation procedures including laser, cosmetic and others. His field of specialty for the last eight years has been preventive medicine, bio-identical hormone therapy and age-based aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Shabanah received his Medical Degree in 1963 from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He has a surgical background and is a Board Certified physician. He has practiced in Florida for 30 years where he originally specialized in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery.
Dr. Shabanah is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, The Age Management Medicine Group and The Endocrine Society.
Frank Welch MD. Medical Director - AAG Health.
Frank J. Welch, MD MSPH received his medical degree in from the University of New Mexico in 1993, where he also graduated Valedictorian in Chemical Engineering in 1985.
Dr. Welch is Board Certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He has worked in both academic and public health civil service for over 15 years and is a highly experienced in various age management protocols.
Dr. Welch is certified in anti-aging medicine with a special interest in diet, nutrition, weight loss, treatment of andropause / Hypogonadism, and adult onset growth hormone deficiency disorders.
Dr. Welch is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, The Age Management Medicine Group and The Endocrine Society.
Judi Goldstone MD, Medical Director, AAG Health California.
Judi Goldstone, MD received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York where she graduated in the top third of her class. She is also a Cum Laude graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles.
Dr. Goldstone is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. She has also been a Medical Director for New York Life, TransAmerica, and a reviewing physician for Blue Cross of California.
Since 2001, Dr. Goldstone has practiced age management medicine providing comprehensive health and wellness programs including weight loss and fitness regimens. Dr. Goldstone is well-known for her "Lifestyle Weight Management & Fitness" program.
In 2005, she joined the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and has developed an expertise in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for both men and women. She also takes a keen interest in neutraceutical usage, healthy weight loss management, diet and nutrition.
Emilia Ripoll MD, Medical Director, AAG Health Colorado.
Dr. Ripoll is Board Certified in Urology and Holistic Medicine, has a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology and is certified in Anti-Aging Medicine.
Dr. Ripoll matriculated to the Baylor College of Medicine to complete her residency in urology and a fellowship in urological oncology. While at Baylor, Dr. Ripoll was an AFUD scholar, studying the role of early oncogenes in prostate cancer, as well as genetic predisposition to prostate cancer.
Dr. Ripoll has published two books and has over twenty five publications in the field of urology, most recently, a discussion of the benefit of acupuncture in the treatment of urologic conditions in the "World Journal of Urology."
More recently Dr. Ripoll has been certified in Anti-Aging Medicine, with a special interest in andropause (male menopause) and male hormone replacement using bio-identical hormone treatment. She is considered a leading authority in the diagnosis and treatment of andropause, hypogonadism and prostate disorders.
Vernon Williams MD, Medical Director, AAG Health Texas.
Dr. Williams has a BA in Biology from Harvard University. After graduating from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he then did his General Surgery Residency at Alleghany General Hospital and then became a Flight Surgeon in the Air Force.
Dr. Williams has extensive training in lasers, facial rejuvenation and medical spa procedures including the latest age management and anti-aging medicine treatments. He’s well versed with treating men and women with hormone medications along with providing weight loss treatments.
Dr. Williams also belongs to a variety of professional and medical associations including the Texas Medical Association (TMA) and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS). He is a Diplomat & Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging, Regenerative, & Functional Medicine (A4M), a Member of the Anti-Aging Group (AAG) Advisory Board, and a Diplomat of Age Management Medicine of Cenegenics Medical Institute.
