Wow! I love this treatment plan. I have not been this focused, motivated and driven since I graduated from college.

I'm far more focused than I have been. Maybe it is because the loss of focus is gradual as we age but I have found myself reading at home and completing work assignments before they're due. I am not at home playing video games and watching TV but instead reading, conversing, thinking and writing. Reminds me of my college days, when I was a sponge for information.

Things are going great so far. I should have done this sooner. I feel much better. I'm losing some body fat and have more energy.
