As an extension of our commitment to quality health care, scientific integrity and holistic approach to patient care, AAG Health Clinic established a Medical Advisory Board comprising of leading medical experts in the field of anti-aging medicine, HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy), BHRT (Bioidentical Hormones) and age management.
Our advisory board members are selected as highly respected experts who provide both depth and range of experience in their specialties including age management, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy and human growth hormone treatments. AAG Health’s advisory board members have the responsibility to establish standards of hormone treatment programs, therapy plans and protocols.
Our advisory board member physicians play an integral role in patient support and care and help educate and train AAG Health Clinic affiliate doctors on the principles of hormone therapy.

Victor H. Shabanah M.D. Medical Director, AAG Health
 Dr. Victor Shabanah is the Medical Director of the AAG Health Physicians Network and is based at AAG Health Clinic, Aventura, Florida. He is a recognized leader in age management medicine focusing on (HRT) Hormone Replacement Therapy including (BHRT) Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Treatment programs and (TRT) Testosterone Replacement Treatments for men diagnosed with low testosterone levels.
He has received extensive training in various cosmetic and anti-aging rejuvenation procedures including laser and his field of specialty for the last eight years has been preventive medicine, hormone treatment and modulation, bioidentical hormone therapy and age-based aesthetic procedures.
Victor Shabanah M.D., received his Medical Degree in 1963 from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He has a surgical background and is a Board Certified physician. He has practiced in Florida for 30 years where he specialized in Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgery. He attended a fellowship in cardiac and vascular surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where he became interested in and started practicing cosmetic procedures and a number of anti aging treatments. Dr. Shabanah is an expert in bio-identical hormone medications,
androgen and menopause therapies, prescription growth hormone and testosterone
treatment methods, hormone enhancing supplements and anti-aging medicine. Dr. Shabanah is AAG Health's Medical Director and a
leading Age Management Physician based in the Miami, Florida hormone
treatment center.
Dr. Shabanah is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, The Age Management Medicine Group and The Endocrine Society.

Frank J. Welch, MD MSPH
 Frank J. Welch, MD MSPH received his medical degree in from the University of New Mexico in 1993, where he also graduated Valedictorian in Chemical Engineering in 1985.
Dr. Welch, is Board Certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He has worked in both academic and public health civil service for 15 years and is a highly experienced age management and hormone replacement physician.
Dr. Welch is certified in Anti-Aging Medicine with a special interest in diet and nutrition, weight loss, treatment of andropause / hypogonadism, male menopause treatments for androgen defciency including testosterone replacement treatments, HCG and HGH therapy, bio-identical male hormone replacement therapy.

Adonis Maiquez, M.D.
 Dr. Maiquez graduated from medical school in 1990. He completed his post-graduate and Fellowship training at the Department of Surgery and Neurosurgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa. After practicing Neurosurgery, Neuro-Oncology and Neuro-Endocrinology for several years, including more than 200 surgical procedures on the pituitary gland, he developed a special interest in the neuro-endocrine theory of aging. For the last seven years he has focused his practice on anti-aging and regenerative medicine with expertise in the full range of Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapies for both men and women, weight management, anti-aging therapeautics and nutritional supplements.
Dr. Maiquez is Board Certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and also a member of the International Hormone Society, an Age Management physician specializing in bio-identical hormone for menopause and andropause. He is currently a Medical Director at AAG.

Judi Goldstone, M.D.
 Judi Goldstone, M.D. is a premier Age Management physician. Doctor Judi Goldstone received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York where she graduated in the top third of her class. She is also a Cum Laude graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles.
Dr. Goldstone is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. She has also been a Medical Director for New York Life, TransAmerica, and a reviewing physician for Blue Cross of California.
Since 2001, Dr. Goldstone has practiced age management medicine providing comprehensive health and wellness programs including weight loss and fitness regimens. Dr. Goldstone is well-known for her "Lifestyle Weight Management & Fitness" program.
In 2005, she joined the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and has developed an expertise in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for both men and women including testosterone replacement (TRT), HCG, HGH therapy, neutraceutical usage, healthy weight loss management, diet and nutrition. Dr. Goldstone carefully evaluates each patient and provides very close follow-up to ensure patients a successful hormone replacement therapy program and optimal health.

Emilia Ripoll, M.D., AAG Health
 Dr. Emilia Ripoll, M.D., is Board Certified in Urology and Holistic Medicine, has a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology and is certified in Anti-Aging Medicine.
Dr. Ripoll matriculated to the Baylor College of Medicine to complete her residency in urology and a fellowship in urological oncology. While at Baylor, Dr. Ripoll was an AFUD scholar, studying the role of early oncogenes in prostate cancer, as well as genetic predisposition to prostate cancer.
Dr. Ripoll has published two books and has over twenty five publications in the field of urology, most recently, a discussion of the benefit of acupuncture in the treatment of urologic conditions in the "World Journal of Urology."
More recently Dr. Ripoll has been certified in Anti-Aging Medicine, with a special interest in andropause (male menopause) and male hormone replacement using bio-identical hormone treatment methods including natural testosterone replacement therapy for increasing men's testosterone levels. She is considered a leading authority in the diagnosis and treatment of andropause, hypogonadism and prostate disorders.

Vernon Williams, M.D., AAG Health
 Dr. Vernon Williams has a BA in Biology from Harvard University. After graduating from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he then did his General Surgery Residency at Alleghany General Hospital and then became a Flight Surgeon in the Air Force.
Dr. Williams has extensive training in lasers, facial rejuvenation and medical spa procedures including the latest age management and anti-aging medicine treatments. He is also a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine offering a full range of (BHRT) bio-identical hormone replacement therapy treatments for men and women.
