As an extension of our commitment to quality health care and scientific integrity, AAG Health established an advisory board comprising of leading experts in the field of anti-aging medicine and age management.
Our advisory board members are selected as highly respected experts who provide both depth and range of experience in their specialties. AAG Health’s advisory board members have the responsibility to establish standards of treatment and protocols.
Our advisory board members play an integral role in patient support and care and help educate and train AAG Health affiliate doctors on the principles of hormone therapy.

Victor H. Shabanah M.D. Medical Director, AAG Health
Dr. Victor Shabanah is the Medical Director of the AAG Health Physicians Network and is based at AAG Health Aventura, Florida. He is a recognized leader in age management medicine focusing on hormone replacement therapy.
He has received extensive training in various cosmetic procedures and his field of specialty for the last seven years has been preventive medicine, hormone modulation and age based aesthetic procedures.
Victor Shabanah M.D., received his Medical Degree in 1963 from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He has a surgical background and is board certified. He has practiced in Florida for 30 years where he specialized in Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgery.
He attended a fellowship in cardiac and vascular surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where he became interested in and started practicing cosmetic procedures and a number of anti aging treatments.
Dr. Shabanah is a member of the American Academy of Anti Aging and Regenerative Medicine, The Age Management Medicine Group and The Endocrine Society.

Frank J. Welch, MD MSPH
Frank J. Welch, MD MSPH received his medical degree in from the University of New Mexico in 1993, where he also graduated Valedictorian in Chemical Engineering in 1985.
Dr. Welch is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He has worked in both academic and public health civil service for 15 years.
More recently, Dr. Welch has been certified in Anti Aging Medicine, with a special interest in nutrition, weight loss, andropause, and bio-identical male hormone replacement therapy.

Judi Goldstone, M.D.
Judi Goldstone, M.D., received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, where she graduated in the top third of her class. She is also a cum laude graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles.
Dr. Goldstone is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. She has also been a Medical Director for New York Life, TransAmerica, and a reviewing physician for Blue Cross of California.
Since 2001 Dr. Goldstone has practiced weight loss and wellness medicine. In 2005, she joined the American Academy of Anti Aging and Regenerative Medicine, and has developed an expertise in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, neutraceutical usage, and nutrition.

Emilia Ripoll, M.D., AAG Health
Dr. Emilia Ripoll, M.D., is board certified in Urology and Holistic Medicine, has a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology and is certified in Anti-Aging Medicine.
Dr. Ripoll matriculated to the Baylor College of Medicine to complete her residency in urology and a fellowship in urological oncology. While at Baylor, Dr. Ripoll was an AFUD scholar, studying the role of early oncogenes in prostate cancer, as well as genetic predisposition to prostate cancer.
Dr. Ripoll has published two books and has over twenty five publications in the field of urology, most recently, a discussion of the benefit of acupuncture in the treatment of urologic conditions in the "World Journal of Urology."
More recently Dr. Ripoll has been certified in Anti-Aging Medicine, with a special interest in andropause and male hormone replacement. She is considered a leading authority in the diagnosis and treatment of andropause and prostate disorders.

George Weiss, M.D., AAG Health
With a lifelong interest in preventative medicine, Dr. Weiss's incorporates the disciplines of anti-aging medicine, natural hormone replacement therapy, aesthetics, weight management, and nutrition.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Weiss trained at UCSD Medical Center and subsequently entered private practice. In 1985, Dr. Weiss established Personalized Medical Weight Loss Centers. He was also the founder and CEO of Southern California Men's Centers.
In addition, Dr. Weiss is a Diplomate of the American Board of Bariatric Medicine and Member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and Academy of Male Sexual Health.

Vernon Williams, M.D., AAG Health
Dr. Williams has a BA in Biology from Harvard University. After graduating from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he then did his General Surgery Residency at Alleghany General Hospital and then became a Flight Surgeon in the Air Force.
Dr. Williams has extensive training in lasers and medical spa procedures. He is also a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Luis Dominguez, D.O., AAG Health
Dr. Luis Dominguez graduated in 1994 from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to his time within the anti-aging field, Dr. Dominguez focused on ER medicine and pediatrics.
In 2007 he became a Diplomate of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine earning the coveted ABAAM certification.
Dr. Dominguez has developed specific protocols for men and women that maximize their potential as the aging process takes place.
Dr. Dominguez is an advocate of BHRT (bio-identical hormone replacement therapy) and employs various neutraceuticals and supplements with his advanced protocols.
